People are entitled to be in control of their own lives but sometimes, whether through disability, financial circumstances or social attitudes, they may find themselves in a position where their ability to exercise choice or represent their own interests is limited. In these circumstances, independent advocates can help ensure that an individual’s rights are upheld and that views, wishes and needs are heard, respected and acted upon.
Advocacy is taking action to help people say what they want, secure their rights, represent their interests and obtain services they need. Advocates and advocacy providers work in partnership with the people they support and take their side. Advocacy promotes social inclusion, equality and social justice.

The level of support is up to you but Creat!ve Advocacy will be with you every step of the way. You will never be judged, instead you will be supported to make decisions that are right for you. We’ve all heard that but few people believe that it’s true. Creat!ve Melody holds this belief at its core.
Singing is one of the best ways to improve health and wellbeing. It is a stress reliever and according to research, can actually help with pain. The benefits to mental health are overwhelming and it also gives many muscles in your body a little workout.
Our emotions can easily become trapped inside of us, inhibiting our everyday lives. Singing is proven to increase happiness and raise self-esteem which can make people more resilient, productive and adaptable to what life throws our way.

Increase team cohesion and productivity by hosting a choir led by Creat!ve Melody. Tailored to the needs of your team, a company choir is an excellent way to show your employees that their wellbeing is paramount to you!
Costings are discussed upon enquiry.
Creat!ve Melody is available to all, from 5 to 95+ .
At least three performance evenings a year are available to all clients if they wish to participate.
Sessions are 45 minutes long and charged at £25. They are offered weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Private tuition at client homes is available at £40 per 45 minute session..
(further travel expenses may apply if outside of Portsmouth)

Creat!ve Coaching schedule and fees
The fee is £100 per session and is payable in advance of each session.
As coaching is based on experiential learning, clients will mostly attend sessions which are off-site. This could include places such as a beach, country park, art gallery, museum, theatre, library, sports and leisure facility, etc. The session fee includes trip expenses and resources provided to the client.
It is possible for the coach to accompany the client on a full day trip as part of the experiential learning coaching program, if requested. In this instance, the coach day rate will be applied at £300. Client travel expenses and client food/beverages will be payable by the client, but the day’s experiences will be covered by the session fee.
The parties agree to engage in a weekly / fortnightly / monthly experiential learning coaching program.
Sessions will be conducted mainly off-site or on-site if required.
Sessions will last approximately 1.5 hours.
The coach will be available to the client via email and voicemail in between scheduled meetings as defined by the coach.
The coach may also be available for additional time / coaching sessions / client related service outside of coaching hours, per client’s request on the following basis:
0 - 10 min telephone call: free
10 - 30 min telephone call: £25
Additional ad-hoc 30 min session: £50
Evening (after 7pm) off-site coach visit to client, not already arranged as part of a session: £150
Creat!ve Advocacy Schedule and fees:
Initial 45 mins consultation fee: £50 payable in advance of session.
For advocacy services to then commence, a retainer of £250 is paid in advance of works.
Works rate: £62.50 p/h
Works rate includes any work, research, correspondence or meetings carried out by the advocate with or on the client’s behalf.
Advocate day rate: £250
(Applied if advocate is required to accompany client for duration of the day.)
